It’s a space to explore wellness, travel, relationships, and personal growth after 50 — without minimizing complexity or rushing toward easy answers or tidy conclusions. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s perspective, agency, and connection.

I'm a storyteller, public health professional, and lifelong listener who believes the years after 50 aren’t about winding down, but about choosing more intentionally: how we live, how we care for ourselves, how we show up for others, and how we define success on our own terms.
For over two decades, my work has involved prolonging life and promoting health, and better care for our communities - from designing prevention programs, turning research into practical tools, to sharing inspiring stories that encourage "good" and the desire to enhance life.

Grounded in family, faith, and experience in military-adjacent roles, I lead with discipline, deep listening, and respect for diverse perspectives. My mission is simple: to create spaces where people feel heard — and leave with ideas, tools, and confidence to strengthen their health and their communities.
